Together with their families
joyfully invite you to their wedding celebration
July 12th, 2026

Richmond and Bolton, Vermont
Our Story
We first met in November of 2017 at The Dudley H. Davis Center at The University of Vermont. After many first adventures and long car talks that winter (many of which involved Tyler shivering with a coffee and a cookie in hand), we quickly realized that this love was meant to be. Over the last eight years, we have found comfort in each other's company whilst navigating life after undergrad and pursuing our passions. On August 19th, 2025, Tyler popped the question at our apartment in Waterbury VT, and Rachael was very much ready to say, "YES!" We cannot wait to celebrate with you on July 12th!

Getting There
Zoom out to see both locations. Route 2 is the only connector between The Round Church and Timberline Lodge. You cannot take the highway to the reception.
WHat to wear
We have included some dressy-casual to semi-formal ideas below, and we encourage you to wear what makes you the most comfortable! While Timberline lodge has air conditioning, the Round Church does not for the 2:30-3:00 ceremony.
Dress or Dressy Jumpsuit- Anywhere from floor length to above the knee
Shirt and pants- Short sleeve polo or button down, or long sleeve button down with slacks or chinos. Tie, bow tie and/or jacket is optional.
Heels, wedges, flats, dressy sandals, or dress shoes
Additional Information
At the Reception
There will be a seating chart near the entrance. The bar will be open for one hour, and will be followed by a cash bar. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and entrees will be served buffet style once your table is called. Please enjoy the outdoor space as well as the indoor space. We plan to have a s'mores station at the fire pit, and lots of dancing on the dance floor!
Weather
Vermont weather can be unpredictable. We will provide hand fans and some umbrellas. We strongly encourage you to bring a light layer to wear, once the sun sets.
Accessibility
The Round Church is accessible by the front steps or a ramp facing the driveway. There is no air conditioning at the Round Church and we will be providing hand fans. You may choose to watch the ceremony from the main floor or the balcony, which is only accessible by two thin staircases that flank the main entrance. There are no bathrooms inside the Round Church, as this is a historic meeting hall that was built between 1812 and 1814. There is one port-o-potty behind the building.
The Timberline Lodge is built into the hillside at the base of the Bolton Valley Timberline ski trail. The reception hall on the second floor is accessible via the main front steps that lead you to another staircase inside. There is also a gravel ramp that leads to the front door with an elevator inside that leads to the reception hall.
Parking
There is ample parking in a grass lot at the Round Church and in a gravel/dirt lot at the Timberline Lodge. The grass lot at the Round Church is located a short, walkable slope down from the Round Church, with a sidewalk. If you need to pull up to the church there are handicap spots available infront of the building.
